2019-2020 Season Mens Ballet Initiative
    Preliminary Application

    Applicants for this program must be between the ages of 8-18 years ​(as of December 1, 2019). Please complete all fields below and submit. A member of our team will be in touch with you within 7-10 business days regarding the status of your application. 

    While access to this program will give you funding for free or reduced ballet class tuition, it is required that you remain registered and active for the entirety of the season (from enrollment until our spring recital in May 2020). Your commitment to this program is important to us and helps us to continue this program for other dancers in years to come.
